R. Anthony Hemmans, CEO
Mr. Hemmans has over fourteen years of experience in the information technology field, specializing in the areas of enterprise system design, groupware applications, client/server technologies, systems integration, object-oriented development, and statistical data analysis. 

Before starting TMI, Mr. Hemmans served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Highland Technology Services, Inc.  In that capacity, he grew the Software Services Division from a staff of one to nine individuals, and from annual revenue of $200K to over $1.75M. 
 
Mr. Hemmans’ strength is his ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology implementations that deliver quantifiable results.  He holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.

Q.C. Jones, President
Mr. Jones has over twelve years of government contracting experience at the local, state and Federal levels.  As Co-Founder and President of TMI, Mr. Jones is responsible for the company’s business development, partnerships and marketing programs.  Prior to starting TMI, Mr. Jones served as Director of Consulting Services for BNA Communications where he managed large management consulting accounts with Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial, NASCAR & General Dynamics as well as government accounts. Mr. Jones also led several large government contracts for the MAXIMUS Corporation as a Program Manager.

Mr. Jones has a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.  This is accomplished through his wide range of skills which includes strategic planning, quality assurance, organizational development and project lifecycle management.

Mr. Jones obtained his Bachelors of Arts from Alcorn State University and holds a MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
