Our History
Anthony Hemmans and Q.C. Jones founded TMI Solutions, Inc in 2001 with a single commitment to deliver extraordinary customer services, quality and results that quantitatively assist government achieve its mission. Anthony and Q.C. decided to start TMI Solutions, Inc while serving as Stewards at Union Bethel AME Church. On a Saturday morning in April 2001 before a Steward Board meeting, Anthony and Q.C. agreed to quit their jobs and start an information technology company. We received the blessing of our Pastor and headed off to embark on this venture. With an emphasis to do business with Maryland government, TMI Solutions, Inc marketed it services to Maryland Department of Human Resources and was later awarded multiple contracts to support this organization. We expanded our marketing efforts to other State of Maryland organizations: DHMH, Transportation, Archives, Judiciary and DBM. In 2007, we made a business decision to market the Federal government and later received a contract with Treasury and expanded our customer base to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Instrumental in our ability to grow was our participation in the SBA Joint Venture program. In 2007, TMI Solutions, Inc formed a joint venture with Thomas and Herbert Consulting LLC. This joint venture was called iFED LLC. The joint venture obtained contracts with Commerce, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service and HUD. TMI Solutions would later expand its service delivery to the Department of Labor, Army and Social Security Administration. TMI Solutions, Inc is currently a full services information technology and management consulting firm with a rich track record of exceptional service to the government and its partners.

We have supported mission critical programs at the Department of the Treasury, Labor, Health and Human Services, Social Security Administration, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Army, Commerce and the State of Maryland. We help our clients address complex issues affecting Information Security, Data Management and Technology Management. We look at problems to not only solve their immediate needs but to accommodate future requirements. This approach has led to real change within the organization and improved performance that yeild results. The results enable our clients to accomplish their missions.
