The Opportunity

This Federal agency contracted with us to integrate a technology solution throughout the organization. This included providing a full range of supportive services to include: Operations and Maintenance, Systems Administration, Application Development, and End-User Training.

Solution Implementation

TMI also works with key stakeholders within the Department to analyze and asses not only Technology Architecture artifacts, but also Business, Data, Application, Investment Architecture artifacts, including helping to develop Business Cases, EA model assessments, Cost Savings and Avoidance analysis, and Risk Analysis.

TMI Solutions, Inc has worked with the Agency to submit EA artifacts to Office of Management and Budget, helping the Agency to maintain its Green status, and remain recognized among the top three Federal EA Programs.

TMI Solutions, Inc integrated the technology with the agency’s Capital Planning and Investment Control System, thereby reducing duplication of effort across the department and streamlining processes.

TMI Solutions provides updates to the training content and classes delivered to Agency stakeholders, as well as develop new classes and content to represent the new features available to users.

The Agency’s Enterprise Architecture was ranked among the top 3% mature program in the Federal government.
